Fun at Gatorland
We took a trip to Gator land this past Friday. Lana had an absolute blast! She loved petting all the critters and feeding the goats! I know she had more fun than expected...she passed out right afterwards from exhaustion and excitement! :-)

Life & Stuff
Well, our poor little angel has fallen...she is going over to the dark side, thus succumbing to the TERRIBLE TWO'S!!!!! The one good things she has...stamina!!! Her tantrums can outlast the best of them. Most of her issues stem from the rest of her teeth coming in at the same time. Our oor little girl has been curesed/blessed with getting multiple teeth at a time. :=(
She has also established a new routine/obsession...Lion King. She calls it "CATS". Every night before bed, she has to watch the movie...she only makes it through half as she usually falls asleep. We tried other movies, but Ice Age and Lion King are the only ones to make the eut :-)

Alana's Update
Well, for whatever reason, I decided to try and list all of our little girls latest accomplishments...i know, a difficult task considering every day she does something different, but thought for 16 months I should give everyone an update.
Here is the updated list of words...
ice, moon, pool, pop, nanny, dude, clock (pronounced without the L :-) ) duck, book, Mama, Dada, Papa, hi, quack, bloo (Balloon), juice, ear, what, bite, brush, Bops (Doodlebops), ball, star, Ba-ba (bottle), horse, boob, wow, psst, up, please, baby, dog, cat, tickle-tickle, belly, eye, light, flower, one, two, puppy, Lola, apple, bath, purple, tree, teeth, noodle, buck-buck(chicken noise), Moo (cow noise), woof-woof, Dora, Elmo, cccchhhh chee (cookie), FFSHHH (fish), Ellie, pakoo (sparkle-nieghbor's dog), PAOOOL (paul-neighbor), pooh (winnie the pooh), birrrrr (bird), Anana (lana), Kaleigh, Ba-birrrrr (big bird), Nay nae (renee), bert, ernie, spanky, potty, knee, hiney, toe, boo boo, cereal, binkie, night night, mouse, yellow, blue, abcd, tongue, Boots, shoe, on, off, Meemosh (great grandma), giggle, pig, frog, box, banana, happy, yo yo you yo-(yo ho a pirates life for me), Leen (helene), yes, no, eat, map, backpack, pretty, bath, bye-bye, go, sit, cheese, hammies (cold cuts), bob (Sponge bob), ring...i know there is more just brain dead!!!!
She is not only saying one word at a time, but she has been makning sentences for a couple weeks now...such things like "up mama please" or "Ice pop mama please". If you ask her what sound the following animals make, she will tell you: sheep, cow, chicken, duck, lion, cat, pig. If you have a boo boo she will kiss it better. She thinks it is funny to jump out and scare you by saying boo. She will tell you how many puppies she has and what their names are. She knows how to swipe a credit card :-(
She is AMAZING...everyday we see something new and are in awe. I am so upset about going back to work because I will have to hear about her accomplishments second hand. I am so saddened by the thought of having to put her in daycare. It is a necessity and there is no other option :-(

Last of Disney
These are the rest of the pics from Disney. She is so cool wearing her 3-D glasses and riding the carosel and then finally passing out in the car on the way home. :-)
Adventure's With Pooh
We were eating ice cream and trying to cool off. We were in the shade byt the cast memeber break room. Winnie the Pooh passed by Alana eating her ice cream and was no farther than two feet away...needless to say...she was so excited! She couldn't contain her excitement. We decided to take her to have her picture taken with pooh. The whole time in line she said pooh and tried to run away from us to the front of the line to have Pooh hold her. She also kept saying, "Pooh...Up...Pooh UP!!" Everyone in line was watchign her highness and was facinated by her enthusiasm. When it was her turn to visit with Pooh I put her down and then she screamed bloody murder and ran away from Pooh. It was hysterical. She clugn to me with a death grip while getting our pictures taken :-)
DISNEY!!!!
Woo HOO! We went to Disney World! It was Alana's 16month birthday and Daddy took a half day from work. We went to Disney adn had an absolute blast. We rode Dumbo, Haunted mansion, pirates of carribean, small world and did several other way too fun things!!
